Stage Manager & Webmaster | App Dev for Massive Events
I participated for more than 8 years in Trimarchi DG (TMDG), one of the most important graphic design events in Latin America, held in Mar del Plata.
Experience as Stage Manager in large scale events
For 6 years I worked as Stage Manager, coordinating live presentations in front of audiences of more than 6,000 people at the Polideportivo Stadium.
My responsibilities included:
• Technical coordination with national and international speakers
• Reception and validation of multimedia presentations
• Control audio and video connections in real time
• Stage management at massive events
• Technical support for PC and Mac in high-demand environments
• Time management and flow of presentations
The work was developed together with the CASENAVE Producciones team, led by Mario Casenave, with whom he had previously collaborated at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival.
Web and app development for logistics management
Subsequently, for 2 years I worked as webmaster of the event, developing and maintaining the official site.
Additionally, I designed a customized application for hotel and transportation management, optimizing the logistics of the Brazilian contingent (accommodation and buses), improving the organization and operational efficiency of the event.
Outstanding technical innovation and production
In the 2006 edition, I participated in an innovative action:
• Flight of a 6-meter advertising zeppelin inside the stadium
• Development with Jorge Falcón
Participation as a fair seller producer
Obiobom Booth in the fair ring
• Production of 500 drawing blocks
• Obiobom Design, I have worked on screen printing of covers and back covers and over all production steps.
Context
This work was developed in collaboration with event producers and technical teams, including CASENAVE Producciones, where I had previously worked providing technical support for digital publishing environments.
